BBC correspondent Rupert Wingfield-Hayes reports from Tacloban

BBC correspondent Rupert Wingfield-Hayes sent this report from Tacloban, one of the worst hit areas of the Philippines.

Rescue teams are heading to the most remote parts of the Philippines after the country was hit by one of the most powerful storms ever recorded.

It's been reported that up to 10,000 people have died, and it's feared that number will rise.
