Vultures under threat in Africa

Vultures are nature's rubbish collectors - they scavenge for food, taking any leftovers they can find.

They play a vital role in the wild but the birds are under threat in southern Africa where they're being poisoned by poachers.

Poachers are poisoning the rhinos and elephants they kill, so any vultures that feed on the remains die too.
