A piece of art called the rubber duck, designed by artist Florentijn Hofman has gained rave reviews after a recent appearance in Hong Kong. It was announced today that an 18-metre high version will be unveiled in Beijing on September 6, with organizers expecting more than 8 million people to view the art installation.
