Take a sneak peek at some rabbits...

A new BBC programme is uncovering the secret world of animals who live underground.

It's usually hard to find out what creatures like rabbits, moles and badgers get up to when they head into their burrows.

So the show's team built artificial homes for the animals with a hidden viewing chamber so they can study them close up.

Watch the clip to see presenter and wildlife expert Chris Packham take a sneak peek at some rabbits.

The first of the series The Burrowers: Animals Underground is on Friday at 9pm on BBC Two - or it'll be available on the iPlayer afterwards.
