Riba Stirling Prize: Six buildings up for design award
The top design award from the Royal Institute of British Architects will go to one of these six finalists - take a look!
The last finalist, Park Hill Phase 1, is a revamp of the loved and hated 1960s housing estate in Sheffield. Designed by HawkinsBrown and Studio Egret West, it's a colourful addition to the list.
This is one of six buildings in the running for a top design award called the Stirling Prize, from the Royal Institute of British Architects (Riba). Bishop Edward King Chapel in Oxfordshire was designed by Niall McLaughlin Architects. They've said the building is "what we dreamed of but didn’t think we would get".
This is different from your average museum - Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre in Northern Ireland, designed by Heneghan Peng Architects.
