New research suggests that lots of primary schools are missing out on science experiments because they can't afford the equipment.

This means that children at certain schools don't get to do stuff like boiling things, growing plants and creating circuits.

Ricky has been to a school where they are making the most out of everyday items because they can't afford a high tech science lab.
