Three-time World BMX Champion Shanaze Reade tells Newsround her tips for sporting success.

She competed in the London Olympics but missed out on a medal, and now she has set her sights on success in Rio.

A new scheme called the Sported Academy wants more kids from tough backgrounds to take up sports, and to stick with them.

Shanaze has been encouraging young people to take up sport.
