A South African man has travelled five miles tied to more than 200 helium-filled balloons.

The brave adventurer, called Matt Silver-Vallance, was raising money to help build a children's hospital in the city of Johannesburg.

He had to float across shark infested waters, past a nuclear power station and a busy airport.

He eventually landed safely and said he was relieved to get his feet back on solid ground.
