These are pictures from the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, which show some amazing images of animal behaviour and wild landscapes. The exhibition is currently on display in Cardiff, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London.
This bird looks nice and warm! 'Fluff-up' was taken by Canadian photographer John E Marriott. The exhibition, owned by the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide, will be at the National Museum Cardiff until 28 April 2013.
This pic shows bighorn sheep 1,800 metres in the mountains of Canada’s Banff National Park. They are forced to scrape down into the snow with their hooves to reach the grass below.
Drivers may not have spotted this red deer stag but photographer Vladimir Medvedev from Russia did.
The original competition had more than 48,000 entries from 98 countries, from both amateur and professional photographers.
