People in the UK are watching more and more television, new research has found.
On average, people are watching four hours and two minutes of TV each, every day.
But seven years ago Brits each watched around 30 minutes less a day.
The report by the people who run TV licensing found that despite the increase in the amount watched, the number of television sets in each house has dropped.
More and more people are watching their favourite shows on computers, tablets and phones instead.
It's thought that the UK records a massive four hundred and fifty five million hours of TV every year.
