Watch Martin's report...
This week we're looking at the impact that the Paralympics have had on disabled people's lives here in the UK.
In the second of our reports, Martin Dougan - who reported on the Paralympics for Channel 4 goes back to his old high school.
He grew up with cerebral palsy - a condition which affects around one in every 400 children in the UK and means that their brains have trouble communicating with their muscles.
For Martin it meant taking part in sport at primary school wasn't always easy for him.
But when he moved to a high school for children with disabilities, everything changed and he was able to join in with the other children.
Check out his report at the top of the page as he finds out how accessible playing sport in school is for disabled children.
