Tom Daley's new talent show Splash! was Saturday night's most-watched TV programme.
Despite getting mixed reviews, the show drew an average audience of 5.6 million.
Splash! sees celebrity contestants learning to dive, with London 2012 bronze medallist Tom Daley acting as their tutor.
Comedian Omid Djalili and actor Jake Canuso made it through to the next round of the show.
All in all, 15 celebrities are being coached by Daley before having to dive in front of a panel of judges and a live TV audience.
Judging the famous faces on their technique are Team GB diving coach Andy Banks, Olympic silver medal winning diver Leon Taylor and comedienne Jo Brand.
Not everyone was impressed by the show with some celebrities taking to social media websites to talk about their opinions.
West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster said: "This could be the worst/most embarrassing thing I've ever seen on my television."
But contestant Omid Djalili later defended the show saying: "Seriously. Splash most surreal Saturday night TV show ever. But it'll go global."
