Up to half of kids are breaking social network rules

A new report says that up to half of 11-12 year olds have social network accounts - when they shouldn't.

If you're under 13, you aren't allowed to use sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Those rules are there to protect kids from things like cyberbulling, so they can safely use the internet.

But the report thinks 59% of 11 and 12 year olds are using those sites, and more than one in four 9 and 10 year olds - and that's a real problem.
