The Duchess of Cambridge has made a speech as part of a visit to Malaysia with Prince William.
She and William are doing a nine-day tour of South East Asia to mark the Queen's Jubilee.
Kate spoke to people at Hospice Malaysia about the importance of supporting children who are really ill.
She promotes a similar charity in the UK which is working on a shared project with the hospice there.
She said: "Providing children and their families with a place of support, care and enhancement at a time of great need is simply life-changing."
William and Kate flew in from neighbouring Singapore where they started their tour.
They will stay in Malaysia until Saturday before they move on to the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu.
