Lucas' story

Going back to school can be pretty nerve-wracking and making the move up to secondary school can be even scarier.

Lucas was born with a facial disfigurement, which means he looks a bit different from his classmates.

In the past he's found starting at a new school really hard.

He's started a website to help other people in the same situation, and he told us his story.

The latest Newsround special called Up and Away is on the CBBC Channel on Friday 7 September at 5pm.

It follows Rosie, who has autism, and other children with disabilities as they make the move up to secondary school.
