Jessica Ennis is on target for Olympic gold in the heptathlon.
She has extended her lead on the second day of the competition with an enormous long jump in the morning, then a personal best in javelin.
Jess is now on course to be crowned Olympic heptathlon champion, leading by 188 points with just the 800m to go.
Ennis leads the way with 5,971 points - leading by 188 points over her nearest rival, Austra Skujyte of Lithuania.
With the gold medal in her sights only injury or a complete disaster in the 800m can stop her.
