It's been nearly a year since the earthquake and tsunami in Japan that caused explosions at the Fukushima nuclear plant.

Thousands of people had to leave because of radiation fears.

Farm animals and pets were left behind and as Joe has been finding out, efforts are now underway to rescue the survivors.
