They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day - but according to a charity more and more of you aren't eating any at all.
The Magic Breakfast charity is giving kids in 200 primary schools free morning meals so they aren't hungry in lessons.
Most of the children receiving the free meals do not get breakfast at home and have difficulty concentrating or behaving properly as they are so hungry.
We asked you if you have breakfast in the morning and why you thought it was important to eat before school?
