It's a mouth-watering draw - Manchester City will face arch rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup third round.
Manchester City will be hoping to lift the FA Cup for another year, after bagging their first trophy in 35 years back in May.
But United will be looking to get their own back for their 6-1 thrashing at the hands of City in October.
United's Rio Ferdinand said on Twitter: "Great game to kick off this year's FA Cup, can't wait."
In other draws, Tottenham will face Cheltenham Town, Chelsea take on Portsmouth, and Arsenal meet Leeds.
The Manchester neighbours met in the FA Cup semi-finals last season, when Roberto Mancini's side won 1-0.
