Jessica reveals what it takes to become an athlete

The 2012 Olympics are fast approaching and lots of athletes are in the final stages of their training.

One of Britain's biggest medal hopes is Jessica Ennis.

She's a world champion heptathlete which means she has to be really good at lots of different sports.

The heptathlon is made up of seven different events and it takes athletes two days to complete them all.

We tracked down Jessica to get the lowdown on her preparation for the 2012 Olympics and asked her what it takes to be the best.
