Tom Daley and Ellie Simmonds are two of the ten sports stars up for Young Sports Personality of the Year.
Ellie Simmonds won the award in 2008 for her super swimming skills. Since then she's won two gold, a silver and a bronze medal at the IPC European Swimming Championships. Oh, and she's set two new world records too!
Tom Daley's already set to be one of the faces of the London 2012 Olympics and says he's spent this year trying out new and exciting dives ready for the games. He's already won this award three times before! Is there room in his trophy cabinet for a fourth?!
Lauren Taylor is queen of the golf course. She's the youngest ever winner of the British Ladies Open Amateur Championships!
For her age, Laura Robson is the highest ranking female tennis player in the world! This year she won her first ever Grand Slam match at Wimbledon 2010 but didn't make it past the second round.
Jack Laugher is another diving champion. He was the youngest competetor at the Senior World Championships and was the highest placing British male springboarder for 30 years!
Liam Broady has had a great year on the tennis court. He reached the final of the Boy’s Singles at Wimbledon as well as reaching the semi–finals of the doubles.
Lucy Garner has been nominated for her cycling skills, she’s the Junior Road Race World Champion. She's had a tough year after being involved in a crash on her bike but still managed to take home a gold at the Youth Commonwealth Games.
Boxer Pat MacCormack (left) won the Junior European Championships, part of the Great Britain team that brought three medals home. Northern Irish sprinter Sally Brown is tipped to be one of the stars at the London 2012 Paralympics.
Anthony Watson is a rugby champ! He's played for England and in the Premiership for the London Irish. He's also a super scorer helping England to victory over Wales in the FIRA Championships.
