Over 500 camels have been involved in the biggest ever camel race across a desert in Northern China.

It set a new Guinness World Record for being the largest ever held.

The race was 5 kilometres long and took an epic three hours to complete!

The camels have been training for six months to ensure they were in the best condition for the race.

The camels in the race were Bactrian camels - with two humps - which experts consider to be "critically endangered", with fewer than 1,000 living wild in their native habitat of northwest China and Mongolia.
