Doctor Who Confidential to be axed

The doctor

Doctor Who Confidential, the spin-off programme of Doctor Who, is not going to be shown on TV anymore.

For six years the programme has been on BBC Three and featured interviews and behind the scenes footage.

Each episode deals with a different topic and usually looks at the Doctor Who episode that has just been on.

It's been axed because the BBC says it wants to focus on more original programmes for the channel.

The final episode of Doctor Who Confidential will be broadcast at 8.35pm on Saturday 1 October on BBC Three.
