Last year Charlie did a bike ride for charity - he planned to raise £500, but ended up collecting a whopping £250,000!
He donated the money to help kids whose lives had been destroyed in Haiti.
Now he plans to do it all again, but for Somalia in East Africa.
And it's not just him - kids from six schools in East London have come together for the project, called Cycle for Somalia.
Together they hope to raise money for Unicef's East Africa Children's Emergency, which will help those affected by the famine there.
Charlie's helping other kids by offering his top tips on how to organise a charity bike ride.
