In pictures: Colombia cocaine 'megalab'
Police in Colombia say they have found one of the biggest cocaine laboratories in recent years.
They found the "megalab" after a tip-off in Guacare, a remote part of eastern Meta province, which can only be reached by river or helicopter.
The officers from the police special operations team found 120 tonnes of precursor chemicals, the source materials for illicit drug production.
They said the lab, which is believed to belong to a criminal gang called Erpac, could produce between 500kg-800kg of cocaine a week.
The lab, which consisted of 34 buildings, was equipped for packing and labelling the cocaine, ready for shipment.
The police seized a total of five tonnes of cocaine and one tonne of coca base, estimated to be worth $30m (£19m). They said the lab could house 40 people and had enough supplies to feed them for a month.
