Jersey Police warn users over 'particularly strong' ecstasy tables

People in Jersey are being warned about a "particularly strong" batch of drugs circulating in the island.

The States Police are urging people not to take the suspected ecstasy tablets, which are yellow and blue with the word IKEA stamped on them.

A police spokesman said some regular drug users have had to seek medical treatment after taking the pills.

"Anyone who feels unwell after taking these tablets should seek urgent medical attention," a statement said.
