Jersey charity for Africa changes name

A Jersey charity has changed its name to reflect the extra work it is doing in Africa.
The Jersey-Sohm Friendship was originally set up to help the village of Sohm in The Gambia.
But after eight years of work there, organisers are looking to help other places in the area and changed the name to Jersey Africa Projects.
It is fund raising to send health and education material to Africa with the help of Jersey Overseas Aid Commission.
