Ticket auction for Children in Need Rocks raises £2,010
Tickets to a concert starring Lady Gaga, JLS and Coldplay were auctioned off by BBC Radio Jersey for BBC Children in Need.
The radio station had two tickets for the Children in Need Rocks concert, which is sold out.
The highest bidder was Kitty Murphy from St Helier who bid £2,010 for the concert featuring Ed Sheeran, Elbow, N Dubz, Hugh Laurie, Snow Patrol and Michael Buble.
They will all take to the stage in Manchester in the concert on Thursday 17 November, which has been organised by Take That's Gary Barlow.
Ms Murphy said she was going to give the tickets to her granddaughter.
She said: "She loves her music so it'll be a really nice surprise for her.
"If she wants to take a friend, she can take a friend but if not I'll willingly go."
"We haven't had any holidays for a few years and it is going to a good cause and of course so much happiness it's going to give to the children in need."
The auction is one of BBC Jersey's fundraisers for this year's BBC Children in Need appeal.
Pudsey will spend two days touring Jersey on 17 and 18 November visiting schools to meet the young fundraisers supporting the appeal.
And BBC Radio Jersey's Murray Norton and Phil Taylor will be out and about dropping in at offices, shops and workplaces raising money for BBC Children in Need.
On Tuesday 15 November, Jersey's Cineworld cinema is one of 25 across the British Isles staging the special gala sing-a-long screening of the musical Grease, hosted by BBC local radio stations. Tickets are £6, with £5 going to Children in Need. More details here.
