Coastal flood warning for Jersey

A flood warning has been issued in Jersey by the island's weather forecasters.

The Met Office has issued an orange warning for Monday morning. It said it meant strong to gale force winds were expected.

Water and debris were also likely to be blown on to coastal roads at about 0720 GMT.

Boat users have been advised to ensure their vessels are safe and secure, the office added.
