Jersey Cheshire Home to get security and access updated

The Jersey Cheshire Home is benefiting from a community grant of more than £6,500 to help modernise security and access for residents.

The unit provides long term care for islanders whose disabilities prevent them from living at home.

The funds are being used to install automatic doors at Eric Young House and to update security by installing a swipe card system.

The money was donated through the Barclays Wealth Community Award.
