Boy hurt when 'improvised device' explodes on Ramsey beach

A boy has been injured after what police believe was an "improvised explosive device" went off on a beach in the north of the Isle of Man.

The 16-year-old was hurt when the device exploded near Ramsey at about 10:00 GMT on Monday.
