The Isle of Man post office is celebrating the engagement of Prince William and Kate Middleton with a set of commemorative stamps.

On Tuesday, Clarence House announced the couple, both 28, had become engaged while on holiday in Kenya last month.

They are due to marry in London in spring or summer 2011. The venue and date is yet to be confirmed.

The post office has issued a miniature sheet with two stamps of Prince William and a picture of the couple together.

Prince William, who is second in line to the throne, met Miss Middleton while studying at St Andrews University.

They are due to live in North Wales after the wedding, where the prince is serving with the Royal Air Force.
