Sark Liberation Day visit cancelled

Liberation Day plans on Sark in the Channel Islands have been cancelled due to bad weather.

Sark celebrates 69 years since its liberation from the German occupying forces on Saturday.

But a planned visit by a group of Chelsea Pensioners and Gurkhas has been scrapped because of rain and strong winds.

The Channel Islands was the only part of the British Isles to be occupied during World War Two.
