Dublin Garda officers released without charge

Two Dublin-based police officers arrested on Tuesday morning over alleged involvement in an ATM bank card scam have been released.

The two, both men in their 30s who are rank-and file officers, were released without charge late on Tuesday night.

A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A third person, a woman in her 30s, was arrested in the Dublin area on Tuesday evening and is being detained at Leixlip garda station.
