Lockerbie victim's relative: 'Koussa is playing the UK'

Former Libyan foreign minister Moussa Koussa left Britain on Tuesday to join international talks being held in Qatar.

The decision to allow him to leave the UK has been met with criticim as Mr Koussa was previously linked to the Lockerbie bombing.

Brian Flynn's brother JP Flynn was killed in the bombing. He tells BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast's Shelagh Fogarty that Mr Koussa is 'playing the UK government because he has no power left'.
