Ethiopia uses aid to bribe voters - Human Rights Watch


The Ethiopian government has been using development aid to suppress political opposition says a report by the international campaign group Human Rights Watch.

The researcher behind the report, Ben Rawlence, tells the BBC World Service that donors should be much more robust about finding out where their funds actually end up.
