Family of roofer found dead pay tribute to 'loving' man

The family of a missing man whose body was found after a search in Llanelli have paid tribute to a "loving son, brother, grandson, father and partner".

Roofing contractor Richard Chandler, 25, from Kettering, Northants, failed to return from a night out sparking a search over the weekend.

His body was found in the Delta Lakes area of the town on Monday.

In a statement, his family said: "He was loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed."

They added: "We as a family would like to thank everyone for their kind support during this sad time."

Dyfed-Powys Police said the family have asked to be left to grieve in peace.

Mr Chandler was last seen by his colleagues at approximately 23:00 BST on Thursday 3 July.

He was also seen walking along New Dock Road nearly an hour later.

He had been working in the Trostre area for last three weeks and staying locally.
