Police seal off Swansea beach front

An area of Swansea beach close to the Sketty Lane car park has been sealed off by police.

A cordon was placed around a large area of trees and sand on the foreshore on Tuesday evening.

South Wales Police said officers were deployed to the area as part of an ongoing investigation.

They said there was no cause for concern or threat to people using the promenade.
