A man who set up a cannabis farm at an isolated location in Denbighshire told police who discovered his haul "well done, you've found it".

Acting on a tip-off, police swooped on a farm at Saron, near Denbigh, where they found 85 cannabis plants behind a concealed door.

Paul Evans, 50, of Stockbridge Village, Liverpool, was jailed for 14 months after admitting producing cannabis.

Mold Crown Court was told the drugs had a potential yield of over £23,000.
