Two more arrests over Mark Roy Mason Rhyl stabbing
Two more people have been arrested in connection with the alleged murder of a man in a Denbighshire car park.
Mark Roy Mason, 48, was assaulted outside Home Bargains on Marsh Road, Rhyl, on Thursday evening. He was taken to hospital but later died.
It brings the number of arrests in connection with his death to six.
Four men are now currently in custody, with two other people previously arrested released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Both the latest men to be arrested are from outside the north Wales area and are in custody in St Asaph, the force has said.
'A big heart'
Det Ch Insp Jason Devonport said: "Our inquiries are ongoing and we are still keen to hear from the community of Rhyl and the surrounding areas.
"We know that the vehicle in which Mr Mark Mason was attacked was a Renault Kangoo."
He said the Kangoo was followed along Ffordd Las, in Rhyl, by a black BMW X1, before being followed into the Home Bargains car park.
Officers said they were seeking information about the black BMW X1, which had several male passengers.
Mr Mason's daughter, Skye Mason, said on Monday her father had a "big heart" and was "loved by us all".
