Snow could fall across parts of Wales, according to the Met Office.

It has issued a yellow "be aware" warning which is in place from 15:00 GMT on Tuesday until 10:00 on Wednesday.

Much of the snow is expected to fall on higher ground but heavier bursts could reach lower levels and driving conditions may become difficult.

The warning covers Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Powys, and Wrexham.
