Met Office issues 'be aware' ice warning for parts of Wales

Ice warning

A yellow "be aware" warning for ice has been issued by the Met Office for parts of Wales.

The warning runs from 20:00 GMT on Wednesday until 10:00 on Thursday and covers parts of south east, south west, mid and north east Wales.

Temperatures will fall below freezing overnight on Wednesday creating a risk of ice on untreated surfaces, the weather service warned.

People have been advised to take extra care.
