Ice could cause difficult driving conditions across most parts of Wales, forecasters have warned.

The Met Office has issued a yellow "be aware" warning from 18:00 GMT on Tuesday until 10:00 GMT on Wednesday.

Wintry showers and clear skies will allow ice to form on untreated surfaces leading to possible travel disruption.

North Wales, Carmarthenshire, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire and Powys are among the areas likely to be affected.
