New scheme to help north Wales mental health patients

Mental health and substance misuse patients in north Wales are set to benefit from a new integrated service.

It will see health and care organisations working more closely.

The aim is to create consistency across six counties, provide a single point of contact and prevent duplication of care.

Charities Hafal and Cais have been commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to provide the new service.
