Three flood alerts are in place with high tides predicted along the south and west Wales coast.

Natural Resources Wales issued the alerts for the Carmarthenshire coast between Pendine and Hendy to the west of Llanelli.

The second affects the Usk estuary, with high tides at Newport expected to reach more than seven metres, and is in force until at least Thursday evening.

The third for the Wye estuary in Monmouthshire also runs to Thursday.
