Free public wi-fi access for north Wales hospitals

Free public wi-fi access will be introduced at north Wales hospitals from next month.

Visitors and patients will be able to use their smart phone or tablet to access the internet at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor, Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan and Wrexham Maelor.

Other Betsi Cadwaladr health board buildings will follow suit.

The health board said it would help patients to keep in touch with loved ones and aid recovery while on wards.
