South Wales Land Developments deal: Auditor general steps up probe

The spending watchdog the Wales Audit Office has stepped up its investigation into the sale of publicly-owned land worth more than £20m to a company in Guernsey.

Earlier this month BBC Wales revealed how auditors were looking into the sale of 16 sites across Wales, which had been pulled together and sold in one deal without an open tendering process.

Now the Auditor General for Wales says he is identified a number of questions and concerns.
