Polluted Neath Road in Swansea to divert traffic away

Swansea is to become the first city in the UK to divert traffic away from a busy main road, to stop it breaking European pollution levels.

The system will measure traffic flow, air quality and weather on Neath Road in Hafod.

If pollution levels are high, signs will warn drivers to use other routes.

Kate Scott-Williams reports.
