Archbishop of Canterbury 'right to ask questions'


The Archbishop of Canterbury, Swansea-born Dr Rowan Williams has accused the UK coalition of forcing through policies on health, education and welfare "for which no-one voted".

The Prime Minister said Dr Williams had a right to speak out - but that he fundamentally disagreed with his remarks.
