Tribute after death of Gorseinon man, 20, in collision

Tributes have been paid to a 20-year-old pedestrian who died after a collision involving a taxi.

The collision took place at the A484 between the Cadle and Garden Village roundabouts near Gorseinon, Swansea.

The family of Nathan Davies, from Gorseinon, said he would be "greatly missed by all who knew him".

South Wales Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident early on Sunday morning to come forward.

Mr Davies' family said he was a "much-loved son, brother, nephew and grandson" who enjoyed the company of all his friends and teammates.

He had just achieved an HNC qualification in mechanical engineering through his employer.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police in Swansea on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
